Manufacturing Quality Engineer Internship Location: Agordo, IT Responsibilities * Collaborate daily with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. * Monitor production activities, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Plant Quality Management System by promoting process optimization and operational excellence. * Analyze quality data and production KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. * Support problem‐solving activities using structured quality methodologies and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement effective solutions. * Assist in the management of non‐conformities, customer complaints, and internal quality issues, ensuring timely resolution. * Participate in audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements. * Prepare reports and documentation related to quality performance and improvement initiatives.



* Perform scrap analysis and identify trends to support process improvements. * Support the implementation of managerial action plans and supervise technical corrective actions. * Support project‐management activities in collaboration with stakeholders from other departments and plants. * Assist in the development or improvement of internal procedures. * Support validation activities related to material management and process capability. * Monitor and improve KPIs related to qualitative returns and product conformity. * Ensure the application and tracking of quality indicators within the production area. * Contribute to delivering innovative solutions aimed at eliminating process‐related flaws. * Support the escalation process for unresolved cross‐functional issues in critical product lines.
