Role Summary As Head of Controlling Italy, you will lead our national controlling function and act as a strategic partner to the business. Reporting to the Country CFO, you will take on a strategic leadership role with strong business impact, collaborating with international and EMEA stakeholders while driving and shaping business performance, transformation, and supporting strategic growth in a dynamic industrial environment. The role can be based on our site in Zola Predosa (BO) or Casella (GE), but will be required to travel to the other Italian sites on a regular basis according to specific needs. Responsibilities * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes * Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to local and EMEA leadership * Drive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities * Oversee controlling activities across four manufacturing sites * Strengthen cost control, productivity, and profitability * Act as a strategic business partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales * Lead, develop,



and inspire a high‑performing controlling team * Ensure compliance with group policies and reporting standards * Support strategic initiatives, investments, and transformation projects Qualifications * Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field * 8–10+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A;, ideally in manufacturing * Proven leadership experience (minimum 3–5 years managing teams) * Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, cost/plant controlling and standard costing, KPI development and performance management, and investment evaluation and cash‑flow management * Experience in multinational environments * Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills * Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP * Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus) Benefits * A dynamic and collaborative work environment within a multicultural team * Tailored development opportunit
