This position will provide a high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction and requires superior communication, organization, attention to detail and time management skills. Key Responsibilities * Provide operational and administrative support to the F&I; Department, ensuring compliance with all company policies, state, and federal regulations. * Manage and provide support for all F&I;‑related software programs to ensure smooth operations. * Oversee and maintain the F&I; compliance program across all retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards.



* Handle administrative tasks between business partners and the F&I; Department as needed. * Collaborate with lender partners and the Business Manager team to resolve aged title and chargeback issues in a timely manner. * Coordinate necessary setup tasks to support dealership acquisitions and closures. * Assist with onboarding new team members, setting up systems access, and coordinating training as directed. * Prepare, update, and maintain various operational documents and reports. * Assist with the creation and editing of presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence. * Provide support for boat shows, sales events, off‑site promotions, and other events as needed. * Maintain a professional and service‑oriented demeanor in all interactions with customers, team members, and business partners. * Perform additional duties as assigned.
