Responsibilities: * Development and execution of Rosenberger’s sales activities in the defined region * Development and management of customer relationships across various industries * Definition of a 3- to 5-year business plan and sales strategy for the markets * Preparation of an action plan to expand existing and new business relationships * Annual increase of Rosenberger’s revenue and market share * Support of regional sales channels * Support in the development and implementation of marketing plans * Presentation of RFP/RFQ responses * Organization of product presentations, meetings, training sessions, etc. * Negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with given guidelines Profile: * Completed technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering * Knowledge of electromechanical components, preferably in an industrial environment * Solid experience in sales, preferably in an international environment * Persuasive personality with strong teamwork skills and flexibility * Very good command of English, both written and spoken, good knowledge of italian is an advantage * Willingness to travel required #J-18808-Ljbffr
