/pulliProvide day-to-day legal advice to support various business functions on civil and commercial law matters /liliParticipate in and directly manage out-of-court dispute resolution procedures /liliManage pre-litigation claims, negotiations with opposing parties and the drafting of settlement agreements /liliManage litigation matters (ordinary proceedings, special procedures, and domestic arbitrations) and liaise with external counsel /liliManage relations with Public Authorities /liliAssist with drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements /liliManage payment workflows /li /ulpWhat skills are we looking for? /pulliMaster’s Degree in Law (LL.M. equivalent) and qualification to practice law (Admitted to the Bar) /liliCurrent active registration with the Bar Association /liliPrior experience in civil litigation /liliStrong disposition to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and constantly growing environment /liliProactive approach, independence, and ability to work towards target goals
