This is a key leadership position responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 standards and driving a strong quality culture across the organization. Offerta Key Responsibilities * Define and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and business objectives * Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functions * Lead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodies * Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives * Oversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions * Manage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification, and audits * Ensure control of processes, documentation,
