As a Influencer & Community Manager you will have responsibilities on: * Defining influencer and creator engagement strategies in partnership with Brand and Media Managers. * Identifying, evaluating, and selecting influencers and creators to support brand objectives. * Leading the development of creative briefs and campaign guidance for influencers and creators. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators, agency partners, and talent representatives.



* Ensuring high-quality content delivery and premium campaign execution across all collaborations. * Owning end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, content rollout, performance tracking, optimization, and ROI evaluation. * Engaging with audiences across key social platforms, fostering community engagement and advocacy around brand campaigns and creator content. * Driving user-generated content (UGC) and advocacy initiatives to amplify consumer voices and strengthen brand communities. * Monitoring social conversations, community sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends to identify opportunities and manage potential risks. * Managing and continuously evolving influencer, creator, and agency databases to support future best-in-class partnerships. * Leveraging social listening and campaign insights to develop recommendations and advocacy business cases for the assigned
