What You'll Do * Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. * Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking,
