The Company: This organisation is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in the sector. They are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects in 7 different European Countries, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. Responsibilities * Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers * Proposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completion * Display commercial astuteness * Monitor construction,



regarding quality of workmanship and materials * Coordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information * Check and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner * Establish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team * Oversee highest quality of health and safety Requirements * Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant area * Strong knowledge of procurement * Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing * Experience in effectively leading MEP teams is essential * Experience in the delivery in Data Centre MEP projects * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
