The Director Sales CIS, Ukraine and Israel, is responsible for driving the overall sales performance of the CIS, Ukraine and Israel region, with a dual focus on managing a portfolio of strategic accounts and leading a team of sales professionals. This role combines hands-on ownership of key B2B relationships with direct people management responsibilities, including the oversight, development, and performance management of the regional sales team. The Director Sales plays a critical role in fostering long-term partnerships while ensuring the team delivers sustained commercial results, in line with LHW's global philosophy and policy guidelines. Acting as a key contributor to both execution and strategy, the Director Sales plays a critical role in implementing team-level sales plans and providing input into the broader regional strategy. The position requires a high level of ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
