Winter in Courmayeur is fast-paced, seasonal and highly client-focused. You will spend most of your time with clients,



but everyone contributes to the life of the boutique. Sales, clienteling, stock, deliveries, presentation standards and daily operations are a shared responsibility. Must-have * At least one year of customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where sales and service are central. * A genuine interest in selling and creating strong client relationships. * Energy, initiative and a hands-on attitude. * Reliability, attention to detail and a real desire to do things well. * Italian and English are required. * Availability to commit to the full winter season, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
