Field Service Engineer Specialist Department: Technical Support Employment Type: Tempo pieno Location: Italy - Dueville Description Responsible for supporting sales, world-class technical representation, support, and training, to water systems distributors and their contractors. Key Responsibilities * In the assigned territory, provide technical service and support on Franklin Electric water systems products, including motors, pumps, and electronic drives and controls. * Guide testing and troubleshooting of Franklin products in water systems installations. * Provide direction and expertise during new product installations. * Represent Franklin Electric at on-site installation meetings to timely resolve field issues. * Present technical seminars to water systems distributors, dealers, and contractors. * Represent Franklin Electric at trade shows and special events. * Write and submit weekly reports needed to highlight problems at specific sites and/or with certain customers or products. * Provide specialized training to specific customers.



* Perform other related duties as required or assigned. Skills Knowledge and Expertise * Working knowledge of water systems in general, with specific knowledge of pumps, motors, drives and controls. * Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Ability to develop strong working relationships with water systems professionals. Ability to work independently with outstanding organizational skills. * Previous sales or service experience preferred. * Self-motivated and energetic personality with a desire to service the customer. * Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization. * Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business information. * Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure
