Overview As a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist, you provide expert support for diagnostic hardware across Europe, handling complex troubleshooting and on-site or remote assistance. You become a subject-matter expert in immunoassays and instrumentation, driving timely service and high customer satisfaction. You will monitor support metrics, identify improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service efficiency and parts usage.
