Discover your exciting role As a QC Inspector Mechanical, you will be responsible for inspecting mechanical construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining quality throughout project execution and supporting successful project delivery. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Review project requirements and determine inspection, examination, and testing needs for assigned project areas. * Interpret and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design requirements, quality standards, and project specifications. * Perform functional checks and mechanical completion inspections for pressure and atmospheric vessels. * Conduct inspections of trays, including dimensional checks, water tightness tests, and related quality controls. * Witness and verify inspections, tests, and quality control activities performed by contractors and suppliers.
* Perform hydrostatic testing of tanks and monitor pad settlement measurements. * Inspect equipment installation activities including alignment, leveling, and mechanical integrity verification. * Maintain inspection records and prepare reports documenting quality activities and findings. * Control and monitor inspection status within the assigned area of responsibility. * Support project quality management activities and assist with validation and verification processes.
