Key Responsibilities: * Deploy, configure, integrate, and maintain complex service platforms and applications. * Support end-to-end service delivery from pre-production validation through live operations. * Troubleshoot technical issues across distributed systems and perform root cause analysis. * Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to diagnose and resolve incidents. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, architecture, and external vendors. * Drive production readiness, service validation,
and operational excellence initiatives. * Develop operational procedures, deployment guidelines, and technical documentation. * Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
