Overview In this role you help deliver strategic consulting for major pharma, medical device, and healthcare organizations. You work within a global Life Sciences practice, collaborating across cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that reinvent patient pathways and optimize commercial and operating models. You will own end-to-end workstreams, coach analysts, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders. scope extensions, and client development * help build reusable methodologies and thought leadership for the practice Requisiti fondamentali * 3–5 years of Healthcare/Life Sciences experience in international contexts * background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology; master’s or MBA a plus * fluent in English; third language a plus * strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems * autonomous workstream delivery with prudent escalation when needed * interest in AI and its value in healthcare * positive attitude * easy to work with * innovative and willing to take calculated risks * AI in healthcare * operating model design * market access and pricing strategy
