The successful candidate will support the management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation of enterprise network and security infrastructures, contributing to the reliability, performance, and security of the Bank's network environment. /b /p h3Activities /h3 ul liMonitor and manage network infrastructure environments. /li liSupport the configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers. /li liTroubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, and security-related issues. /li liSupport infrastructure implementation and change activities. /li liManage incidents, service requests, and change tickets using ServiceNow. /li liProduce, update, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks. /li liCreate and update network diagrams, data center layouts, and logical/physical topology documentation using Microsoft Visio.
