Underwriting Assistant, Italy (m/f/d*) We are currently looking for an Underwriting Assistant to be based in Milan, Italy, on a full-time basis, reporting into the Head of Operations Europe. In this role, you will provide accurate, timely and high-quality non-regulated support to Underwriting teams across MRRSI, Great Lakes and its European branches, while demonstrating care for customers and respect for the Company's obligations. Responsibilities: * Support the end-to-end underwriting administration process, ensuring the accurate and timely entry and maintenance of data across underwriting,



pricing and policy administration systems. * Manage policy, endorsement and placement documentation, including document filing, electronic placing platforms and the issuance of policies, certificates of coverage, endorsements and invoices. * Support portfolio administration activities through the management of renewal lists, clearing lists, accumulation control processes and exception reporting. * Assist underwriters in maintaining high standards of operational excellence by ensuring data quality, document accuracy and adherence to internal procedures and service expectations. * Contribute to Contract Certainty requirements and other regulatory or compliance-related processes, ensuring appropriate controls, governance standards and escalation procedures are followed. * Support financial administration activities, including invoicing, credit control processes and the monitoring of aged debt where required
