Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Student Desk Intern to join our Student Desk and Student Life team at Istituto Marangoni Firenze. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in student support, front-office operations, and administrative processes within an international higher education environment. Working closely with the Student Care Supervisor and the Student Desk Team, the intern will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient experience for students, faculty, visitors, and external partners, while supporting the daily operations of the School. Key Responsibilities * Reception & School Welcome Welcome students, visitors, and external guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression. * Support the management of entry and access procedures for visitors, suppliers, and external staff in coordination with the Facilities team. * Maintain the reception and student desk areas in an organized and professional manner. * Communication & Student Support Manage and route incoming phone calls, emails, mail,
