Join our international team and contribute your ideas, talent, and passion to drive innovation and make a difference together. * Support the Quality Planning team in preparing customer approvals for new or modified products * Compile and manage the documentation required by customers * Maintain customer portals and upload relevant documents * Coordinate missing information with internal departments * Monitor deadlines and timelines within the approval process * Support product and process changes that require customer re-approval * Prepare status reports and data analyses * Perform general administrative tasks within Quality Planning We are happy to offer you the opportunity to get to know the role and the team during a job shadowing session. Qualifications * Ideally completed commercial or technical education * Structured, accurate, and independent way of working * Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel * Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team * Good German language skills; English is an advantage * Initial experience in the automotive industry or quality management is desirable, but not required Compensation * Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement * Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher #J-18808-Ljbffr
