Overview In this role you monitor the manufacturing plant’s performance to ensure alignment with group standards and drive efficiency. You act as a financial partner to plant management, providing actionable insights for operations and communicating with HQ. You will shape cost transparency, budgeting, and investment evaluations in a multinational manufacturing setting. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that blends controlling expertise with plant operations to support growth and performance. purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover, quality costs) * Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes * Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls * Support audit activities and reporting improvements * Act as financial partner to plant management and facilitate communication with HQ Requisiti fondamentali * 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling in industrial/manufacturing environments * Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies * Experience supporting manufacturing operations in international environments * Experience with Indian manufacturing operations highly preferred * Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities * Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures * Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales * ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity wi
