The Job: As the Italy Payroll Lead, you’ll be part of our Payroll team. You’ll get to: * Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. * Support the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders. * Manage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates. * Support post-payroll activities, reporting, controls,



and compliance-related tasks. * Partner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives. * Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll-related projects. You also have: * Strong experience and knowledge of Italian payroll processes and practices. * Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. * Experience working with payroll providers; knowledge of ADP Celergo is a plus. * Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. * The ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
