Overview In this role you help Deel bridge development and IT operations to enable fast, reliable delivery of the platform. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes, automate tasks, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performing systems for customers worldwide. Your work reduces downtime and accelerates feature releases, directly supporting Deel’s mission to enable a more inclusive global economy. You will tackle challenging infrastructure problems at scale and contribute to resilient operations. and reliability * Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot product microservices and databases * Design and manage monitoring and observability tooling for issue resolution Requisiti fondamentali * 5+ years of DevOps experience in production * Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience * Experience with CI/CD tools (Drone, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar) * Solid IT background * Knowledge of networking (K8S ingress, services, load balancers) and AWS services (EKS, Postgres, S3, Mongo, SES, SNS, SQS) * Experience in automated deployment and infrastructure * Familiarity with alerting and monitoring tools * results-driven * strong communication * collaboration across teams * Docker * Kubernetes * AWS (EKS, S3, Postgres)
