Key responsibilities: * Academic and personal support: guide students in their personalgrowth, integrating academic and athletic goals; * Mindset development: support the development of students’resilience, character, collaboration, and Human Skills; * Online learning support: attend Saudi online lessons and assist students in their learning process; * Ongoing mentorship: provide one-to-one support to help students manage competitive pressure and academic challenges. Requirements: * Degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields * Experience working in educational settings with student-athletes * Understanding of competitive sports environments * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Fluency in Arabic and English (Italian is a plus)
