We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function of our retail business (consumer electronics). Responsibilities * Lead financial strategy and support business growth across European markets * Own P&L; performance, with a focus on margins, channel and category profitability * Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes * Optimize working capital (inventory, cash flow, stock efficiency) * Secure and manage financing facilities to support business growth * Partner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and expansion initiatives * Ensure accurate reporting (IFRS) and strong internal controls Requirements * 5 years of experience in finance, including leadership roles * Proven finance background in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distribution * Strong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS,
