We are looking for a professional with a technical background in electronics or IT, combining strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach, to join our Service Team as a Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will work mainly independently, while always being part of a team. Key responsibilities * Perform equipment installations, troubleshooting and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the proper operation of our systems. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely via VPN and on site at customer locations across Italy. * Carry out repairs on equipment received at our in‑house laboratory. * Communicate with customers throughout the technical support process. * Liaise with the technical support teams of our device manufacturers. * Install and configure medical software and integrate it into hospital IT networks. * Accurately complete work reports and dedicated checklists, ensuring that the equipment maintenance database is updated promptly. * Work closely with the Service,



Sales and Back Office teams to optimise operational efficiency and management costs, including the procurement of any spare parts required for equipment repairs. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a technical high school diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology. * Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Knowledge of IT networks and Windows environments. * Accuracy, a practical mindset and the ability to adapt to different working environments. * Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English (B2 level). * Availability to travel across Italy, with the possibility of returning home on the same day. * Previous experience in the medical sector and knowledge of SQL databases and DICOM standards will be considered a plus.
