Your key responsibilities : Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, your main mission will be to provide comprehensive administrative and commercial support by independently managing and supporting sales & administration operational processes. * Manage public procurement procedures, compliant with Italian laws (e-commerce). * Process letter of credit to assure MTS of receiving funds upon fulfillment of terms of the trade agreement. * Manage and maintain customer portals with legal documents (Kpi, Insurance, Quality Certificates, financial data, IT…). * Manage Bank Warranties with the Italian Bank and follow it. * Support Sales/Service dept. with Customer T&C; analysis (approvals, clauses, risks…). * Support electronic invoices management.
