REQUIREMENTS: * RSA ID and legal residence essential * Previous experience in a safari lodge or camp environment * Proven camp or lodge management experience * Professional Chef or Sous Chef experience * Ability to assist with food preparation and kitchen operations * Recognised Chef qualification advantageous * Excellent guest relations and hosting skills * Strong leadership and organisational abilities * Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle essential * Ability to work independently in a bush environment * Hands-on approach and willingness to assist across the camp KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee the day-to-day running of the camp * Manage staff and daily camp operations * Host guests and ensure an exceptional guest experience * Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations * Assist with menu planning and meal preparation * Assist with food stock, ordering, food costs, hygiene and cleanliness * Maintain high culinary and presentation standards * Assist with general camp duties where required PACKAGE: * Salary: Negotiable depending on experience * Live-in accommodation provided * Own reliable vehicle required LOCATION: Musina Limpopo #J-18808-Ljbffr
