Reporting to the Multi-Property General Manager, the Multi-Property Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales and commercial activities for Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan and The Rome EDITION. This role provides strategic leadership across Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, and customer loyalty. The position requires a highly commercial, results-driven leader who can develop and execute integrated sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and inspire high-performing teams across two luxury properties. SCOPE OF WORK The Multi-Property Director of Sales is accountable for the overall commercial performance of both hotels by:



* Achieving revenue, market share, booking pace, and profitability objectives. * Developing and executing integrated sales, distribution, and commercial strategies aligned with Marriott International and brand priorities. * Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ownership, business partners, and Marriott stakeholders. * Maximizing hotel visibility and market positioning through strategic account management and business development initiatives. * Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value through exceptional commercial leadership. * Leading, developing, and inspiring Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations teams across both properties. * Ensuring commercial discipline, financial stewardship, and compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedu
