Overview As Head of Leasing Advisory in Italy, you will lead the Landlord and Tenant Representation practice from Milan, shaping growth and strategic direction across the region. You will manage a dedicated team, drive market share, and act as a key ambassador for JLL in the Italian real estate market. Your scope includes expanding into new asset classes and building a national pipeline for leasing mandates. You’ll work cross-functionally to align with global strategies and deliver high-impact advisory outcomes.
