To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn and passionate Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about high-quality cuisine and ready to build the foundation for further professional development. Your Tasks * Supporting the Chefs de Partie and kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes * Working across different kitchen sections and learning the various processes * Preparing the mise en place for daily service * Assisting with Tasting Cube experiences and cooking classes * Carefully handling fresh, seasonal and regional products * Ensuring cleanliness, organization and hygiene throughout the kitchen * Complying with all hygiene, quality and HACCP standards * Handling food and working materials carefully and efficiently * Actively supporting the team during service and closing procedures * Willingness to learn and continuously develop professional skills Your Profile * Completed culinary training or initial professional experience in a kitchen * Passion for high-quality cuisine and regional products * Eagerness to learn,
