Overview In this role, you will drive continuous improvement across CFOps to simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes. You’ll act as the change engine, removing inefficiencies and enabling scalable, cadence-safe close, forecasting, RevRec, and project finance activities. Working with cross-functional pillars, you will design robust processes, enable automation, and build a lasting capability for ongoing improvement. and COE to improve handoffs and execution quality; clarify interfaces between pillars * Drive automation and system enablement by partnering with Finance Systems and IT to translate processes into scalable, system-based solutions * Build Continuous Improvement capability by establishing Lean practices, coaching teams, and creating a repeatable improvement pipeline Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field * 7–10+ years in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A; with hands-on process improvement delivery * Proven experience applying Lean / Six Sigma to financial processes in complex, multi-country setups * Hands-on experience improving financial close, forecasting, or accounting-adjacent processes * Understanding of finance systems and data flows (SAP-based environments) to enable automation * Ability to translate process improvements into system and control-compli
