Overview As Principal Backend Engineer in the Foundations domain, you will shape and scale core backend systems powering hundreds of thousands of customers. You’ll lead cross-team initiatives with real business impact, steer technical roadmaps, and uplift the engineering organization through mentoring and enablement. Your work will connect business goals to technical decisions, driving AI-enabled and scalable infra. This is a high-visibility role at a fast-growing fintech shaping Europe’s finance workspace.
