Overview In this role you lead the end-to-end recruitment for the Build pillar, shaping the sales talent pipeline and supporting core HR operations. You partner with hiring managers to maintain hiring velocity and a consistent strategy, while driving onboarding, HR admin, and culture initiatives. You’ll administer HRIS data integrity and support team engagement to sustain a people-first, high-growth environment.
