Overview In this role, you lead and develop a regional field team (Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists) to drive THV therapy growth. You partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advance sales, marketing and education initiatives within Italy, ensuring strong clinical adoption and customer relationships. You will shape territory plans, support complex sales, and develop talent in a fast-paced environment. empowerment and professional development * Coordinate with external agents when applicable to support field activities * Promote and sell the product portfolio while building relationships with key decision makers * Support territory/account planning and execution in both short- and long-term horizons * Plan and support therapy development activities to boost therapy penetration * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, Bids & Tenders, pricing, marketing, HR) * Support local marketing activities to reinforce Edwards leadership and correct therapy adoption * Engage in ongoing field support and incidental duties as needed Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor in economics or engineering (or related field) * Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience with a strong growth track record * At least 5 years' experience in sales leadership and managing high-performing teams * Proven experience in managing a sales team and working with agents is a plus * Extensive medical devices industry experience * Knowledge of interventional cardiology is an asset * Fluency in Italian and professional English * Strategic t
