Overview In this HR Business Partner role, you will lead people strategies and drive recruitment for the launch of a new manufacturing site. You will partner with business leaders to design scalable hiring and talent development plans, supporting the site's installation, start-up, and ramp-up in a global, quality-focused environment. You will shape the employer brand within the local community and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce planning and people processes. This is a strategic greenfield project offering meaningful impact on talent, culture, and operational success. Responsabilità * Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for a new manufacturing site and manage attraction, selection, and onboarding * Contribute to the People Strategy and implement initiatives to attract,



develop and retain employees * Coordinate workforce planning for the specific business unit and engage local stakeholders * Drive employer branding initiatives and align recruitment with local market needs * Oversee performance and talent management, including calibration and development planning * Lead talent reviews to ensure high performance and development * Establish constructive relationships with managers, employees, and representatives to foster collaboration Requisiti fondamentali * 7+ years of HR experience * Experience in high-volume recruitment projects * Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred * Experience with greenfield or startup large-scale projects is a strong plus * Strong stakeholder management and project management skills * Experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction * Fluent in Italian and English * Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence diverse groups * resilience * strong communication * collaboration and teamwork * HR management * talent management * workforce planning
