Overview As Solution Designer in Allianz Technology’s IT Claims team, you shape GenAI-driven solutions to transform claims handling and IT automation. You will drive architectural decisions for agentic AI across user-facing and IT automation workflows, aligning with a cloud-first path and mainframe-to-Java migration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate business needs into scalable, compliant designs and guide platform evolution toward intelligent, integrated capabilities. and cloud/on-premise integration * Analyze live solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance targets * Design and develop architectural solutions using Java to support cloud-transition * Apply DevOps practices to enable CI/CD and streamlined development * Coordinate technical teams across multiple workstreams * Act as system integrator managing transformation projects and ensuring stakeholder alignment Requisiti fondamentali * Proven experience shaping GenAI and Agentic AI architectures (LLM orchestration, RAG, multi-agent frameworks) * Strong Java-based Architecture knowledge, microservices, and cloud integration * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and integrating diverse components * Degree in IT or Engineering with 4–6 years of relevant experience * Ability to assess AI use cases for business value and technical feasibility with security/compliance considerations * Proven coordination and leadership of technical teams and projects * Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) * Knowledge of integration with enterprise sy
