Overview As a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the Innovation Experts Team, you will lead mechanical design efforts for HVAC components and related systems. You will work across development, pre-design, and prototyping to validate new technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers. You will create 3D models, drawings, and BOMs, guiding projects from concept to production while mentoring junior engineers. coordinating with cross-functional teams * Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part coding in PLM/AS400 systems * Collaborate with Innovation Challenge Leaders, Project Team, and suppliers on technical issues and feasibility * Support prototype construction and provide technical instructions during prototyping * Interface with Industrialization, Manufacturing, and Quality functions to implement modifications * Prepare Manufacturing Specification Documents (CIS) and ensure correct registrations * Support manufacturing activities during prototyping and assess component non-conformities with Purchasing * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to less standardized, innovative activities * Ensure compliance with PED and company quality standards; promote 5S methodology Requisiti fondamentali * 3+ years of experience in mechanical design of industrial machinery, preferably HVAC * Knowledge of refr
