Overview In this role you will help scale Nadara’s operations by driving automation and data-driven improvements across the Scalable Operations team. You’ll own dashboards, data quality, and AI-enabled processes to reduce manual work while maintaining reliability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with Nadara’s strategy and report to the Head of Scalable Operations. This is a hands-on, technically focused position at the intersection of operations, analytics and automation. consolidate information, and maintain momentum across concurrent workstreams * Conduct structured data reviews and flag gaps/risks to the Lead * Support the Leads and Head of Scalable Operations in preparing COO-level outputs * Maintain centralised initiative dashboard and Scalable Operations tracking tools * Build and improve dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) as primary technical owner * Develop automations and AI agents (Excel/VBA, Python, Power Automate) to reduce manual effort * Work with IT&D; and NAIT to build more complex agents and automations, advising on requirements * May act as point of contact for platforms (Maximo, Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint) * Own Scalable Operations' data quality standards across tools * Maintain automation and AI backlog; validate AI outputs and design human review points * Assist in quantification and reporting of automation benefits for cost-to-serve t
