Overview In this role you will architect and deliver end-to-end automation solutions on Appian’s low-code platform, collaborating with client executives to shape impactful digital transformations. You’ll integrate ecosystems, model data, and lead agile delivery to accelerate adoption of AI-powered processes at scale. You’ll empower enterprise teams through training and hands-on coaching, driving self-sufficiency and platform adoption. This position sits in Appian’s Customer Success, focused on delivering measurable business impact for large clients and accelerating strategic outcomes. and JDBC connections * Engineer relational data models and optimize database design with SQL * Lead Agile delivery with cross-functional teams to rapidly deliver features * Empower clients by collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders and training users Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related technical field * 1+ years of hands-on software development or technical implementation consulting * Strong OOP, database design, and SQL (complex queries, joins, views) * Experience translating client business processes into functional/technical requirements * Willingness to travel up to 20% * Cross-functional collaboration * Client-facing communication * Problem-solving and analytical mindset * REST, SOAP, JDBC integrations * SQL with complex queries, joins, views * Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
