Customer Engagement and AI solutions * Develop target named account strategies and penetration plans * Cultivate relationships with C-Level and VP-Level stakeholders in strategic accounts * Articulate business value and ROI to clients * Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, closing * Achieve annual software and services revenue targets * Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services and Marketing * Contribute ideas and participate in marketing and industry events * Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting * Build and strengthen strategic partner relationships and represent the company at executive briefings and events Requisiti fondamentali * 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers * Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in enterprises * Knowledge of Customer Engagement, Data & Insights, Marketing Automation and AI market in Italy * Consultative and insight-led selling experience * Ability to tr
