Overview Join Euronext in Milan as an intern supporting institutional functions around listed companies. You will monitor price-sensitive information, publish announcements, and manage data for corporate events, working closely with issuers, advisors and authorities. The role contributes to regulatory compliance and governance processes within a dynamic capital markets environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape market transparency and operate within a European, international team. Responsabilità * Monitor price-sensitive information disseminated by listed companies on Euronext Equity Italian Markets * Prepare and publish Borsa Italiana Announcements with relevant provisions * Populate the Borsa Italiana database for corporate events and dividend payments * Check compliance with Euronext Growth Milan obligations * Verify Specialist obligations * Support interactions with listed issuers,
