Overview In this senior role, you lead Kong’s global Quality Engineering for flagship runtimes, shaping an AI-driven testing framework. You drive a transformative SDET organization and the next-generation, intelligent test substrate leveraging LLMs and autonomous test agents. You partner with product and engineering to embed testability early and establish enterprise-grade QE metrics. This role combines hands-on strategy with cross-geo leadership to raise testing standards across high-performance data planes. Responsabilità * Lead and grow a geographically distributed SDET organization across NA, Europe, and Asia * Define and execute the AI testing roadmap, including autonomous test agents, test case generation, and self-healing scripts * Set quality strategies for low-latency data planes (C/Lua/Rust) and modernize CI/CD-driven test automation * Oversee end-to-end, performance, regression, and chaos testing within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes)
