You’ll collaborate across disciplines and offices on complex, cross-border matters, guiding listed companies through ongoing governance and regulatory requirements. * Assisting listed companies with ongoing corporate and regulatory matters * Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and offices on multidisciplinary, cross-border matters * Supporting and supervising junior team members where appropriate Requisiti fondamentali * Degree in Law with excellent academic record * Minimum 3 years PQE in equity capital markets, listed companies regulation and related corporate matters * Experience at a leading Italian or international law firm * Excellent English and Italian (C1) * Collaborative mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Curiosity and forward-thinking problem solving * Equity capital markets transactions * Regulatory and corporate governance matters * Cross-border matter handling
