Overview In this role you will translate business needs into IT solutions for sales and distribution, collaborating with business and IT partners in a global, cross-functional setting. You will support SAP-focused initiatives, verify requirements, and drive testing and documentation to improve processes. You'll serve as a point of contact for users and consultants, shaping system improvements within a luxury-brand environment. and functional specifications * Coordinate activities of external consultants and support System Testing and User Acceptance (UAT) * Create internal documentation and share knowledge with users * Be the primary reference for system users and AMS * Report to IT SD Project Manager and propose new system/process improvements Requisiti fondamentali * Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Economics * Strong knowledge of sales flows * 4+ years of experience in SAP SD (AFS or FMS environment preferred) * Knowledge of SAP ABAP is a plus * Knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules * Advanced English (spoken and written) * Passion, Enthusiasm, Curiosity and innovation * Teamworker and good communication skills * Strong analytical skills * SAP SD (AFS or FMS environment) * SAP ABAP (nice to have) * Sales & Distribution / Material Management SAP modules
