Hi ? We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team, and we’re looking for a Sensory & Innovation Intern to join our Innovation Center in Turin. You will become part of our Sensory & Shelf Life Team within the R&D; Department, where you’ll support sensory analysis activities, manage tasting sessions, prepare samples, and process data — all contributing to a deeper understanding of coffee from a sensory and innovation perspective. ? Your Day-to-day Activities * Carry out bibliographic research * Support the creation of analytical and experimental plans * Assist in practical tasting activities and sample preparation * Support internal assessor training and sample analysis * Collect, organize, and process data to contribute to report drafting * Collaborate with the Sensory Manager and team in the daily management of tasting panels ? Who We’re Looking For * You’re available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. Starting date:



October 2026 * You hold a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology * You’ re fluent in Italian and English * You’ve probably had an international experience – language course or exchange programme?
