We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Italian fine dining concept located within a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team leadership. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks * Deliver an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfaction * Manage and lead a diverse team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation * Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standards * Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic Italian cuisine offerings and menu excellence * Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling,



and cost control initiatives * Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L;, and cost management * Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health & safety standards * Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution * Build strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business Requirements * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments * Proven experience in Italian cuisine concepts is highly preferred * Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills * Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) * Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost control * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment * Strong knowledge of Italian dining service styles, cuisine, and culture is advantageous * Proven
