Quince is seeking a Cashmere Lab Testing & Quality Leader to oversee QA/QC for cashmere raw materials and finished products. You will establish testing standards, supervise the lab, and ensure compliance with GB, ISO, and ASTM standards while collaborating with suppliers and third-party testers.
You’ll build and lead QA/QC teams, deliver technical reports, and drive continuous improvement in advanced fiber testing methods, contributing to procurement, production, and R&D; decisions.
