Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to assess the application landscape, identify technical dependencies, lead knowledge transfer, and define the delivery architecture for transition and steady-state operations.

The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture and design, ensuring alignment with enterprise and target architecture standards while collaborating with Application Architects, Enterprise Architects, IT domain teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assess and baseline the application landscape, interfaces, environments, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and technical dependencies.

✅ Lead technical knowledge transfer and define delivery architecture for transition and steady-state operations.

✅ Drive solution architecture, technical design, and alignment with target architecture.

✅ Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions.

✅ Identify and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools in line with enterprise standards.

✅ Collaborate with Application Architects, Enterprise Architects,



and delivery teams to develop solution architecture and design artifacts.

✅ Guide application architects and development teams to ensure adherence to approved architecture and design principles.

✅ Review and approve integrations to ensure consistency with the overall architecture.

✅ Support transition planning and ensure smooth knowledge transfer and delivery readiness.

✅ Stay updated on emerging technologies, architecture trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in IT, technical architecture, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of application landscapes, interfaces, environments, and technical dependencies.
- Experience in solution architecture, architecture alignment, and technical design.
- Knowledge of NFRs, scalability, security, integration, and maintainability.
- Experience collaborating with Application Architects, Enterprise Architects, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
