About the Role

This role leads the strategy, discovery, development, and optimisation of complex digital products and customer journeys that deliver value for both customers and the business. It owns high-impact product domains, working autonomously while aligning local market priorities with the company's global product strategy. Acting as the bridge between local market teams, Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Executive stakeholders, the role ensures product decisions are driven by customer insight, data, and commercial opportunity.

The role leads cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through delivery and continuous optimisation, while influencing strategic direction across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities Owning the strategy, discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives from concept through launch and optimisation

Defining product vision and roadmap for the product area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable customer outcomes

Leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and regional market teams

Acting as the voice of the customer while balancing local market opportunities with global product priorities and technical constraints

Using customer research, experimentation, analytics, and A/B testing to make data-informed product decisions and continuously improve customer experiences

Developing robust business cases, defining success metrics, and evaluating product investments against customer impact, commercial value, and strategic priorities

Building strong relationships with external partners, including operators, OEMs, payment providers, and telecommunications partners, to unlock new customer propositions





Influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, communicating product strategy, roadmap, trade-offs, and business impact clearly and effectively

Required Experience & Qualifications Significant experience in Product Management A proven track record of leading complex digital products from strategy and discovery through launch, optimisation, and measurable commercial impact

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product direction

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with deep experience using data, experimentation, and customer insight to drive decisions

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and aligning diverse business functions around shared outcomes

Experience managing ambiguity, making effective prioritisation decisions, and balancing customer value, commercial opportunity, and technical complexity

Strong experience working in agile product organisations with cross-functional engineering and design teams

Excellence communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach others and foster collaboration across teams

Preferred Skills Experience in streaming, consumer technology, media, subscription businesses, or e-commerce

Salary Gross annual salary (RAL) range: €50,000 – €60,000, determined on objective and gender-neutral criteria and commensurate with experience, professional skills and qualifications

Employee assigned to level Quadro under the NCBA of the Trading Sector

Variable premio may be paid subject to company and/or individual targets in accordance with DAZN's incentive plans
